Sayed Youssef, has over 15 years of architecting J2EE enterprise solutions to wide sectors of the industry with Bachelor Degree in Engineering. He joined AFiT in February 2007 as Technical Lead Architecture, then promoted in 2008 as Delivery Manager.

As a Director of Solution Management Strategies at AFiT Company, Mr. Sayed will work directly with AFiT Chief Operating Officer to manage:

• Implementation consulting teams to deliver the company projects,
• Research and development teams to develop and execute the roadmaps of the company products, and
• Quality assurance teams to ensure quality level of conformance for each deliverable to the customer's requirements.

About Sayed Yousef

Sayed Yousef was the Software Delivery Manager for AFiT for the last 6 years with 18 years’ experience in IT industry. He has acquired accumulative technical & management experience in delivering high quality complex enterprise level software solutions through all phases of projects from conceptualization to launch including Client handling & account management experience across different regions covering UAE, Kuwait, KSA, Bahrain , Egypt, and UK; and across business domains including Online banking, Money Exchange, telecom, e-Commerce and system integration.

In addition he has undertaken responsibility for formulating successful strategies to increase operational performance and align the organization strategy with its programs and projects plans.  He carried roles for recruiting resources and coordinating the efforts of team members, leading implementation planning, controlling project plan and overall project execution, overseeing quality control, manage and control finance of the project, build positive relationships with customer stakeholders, creating high level customer satisfaction, and helping customers to realize expected benefits.
